The North Vancouver team will now advance to the B.C. ‘AA' basketball tournament scheduled to begin March 11 at the PNE Agrodome. Pat Allen, Akihito Takimoto and Jim Young bowl- ed a combined four-gaziice total of 2,860 including handicap to take the league lead. Allen had a 192 game, Takimota a 247 and Young a 236 to post a tremendous 675 scratch team single game total. Young followed up with a 269-point game for a 922 four-game series. Tracy Noble increased her league average to 175 when she bowled 208, 164, 213 and 226 for a 811 series. In the Neate’s Coffee Doubles League, David Mickens had consistent games of 212, 211, 211 and 194 for an 828 series. The women took over the league’s high scoring though when Marilyn Moscovitch bowled 205, 193, 198 and 195 for a 791 total. Doreen McColeman shook up the Tuesday Night Rookies League when she bowled 231, 222 and 214 reg. $249.98 for a tremendous 667 series. Cindy Campbell, who has a 139-point average in the league, rolled three 145 games for a triplicate award. In the Royalette Ladies League, Donna Ashmore had a 568 three-game total with games of 215, 185 and 168. Tracy Noble followed her impressive Duggan League showing with a sweep of the Lions Gate Ladies Trio League with games of 170, 210, 212 and 196 for a 788 series. Lee Jillings had a 225 single game.
