ski season

IT’S ALMOST ski time again. Do
you recall last year’s first days of
skiing when you could barely get
out of bed, or suffered an injury
and had to miss the great season?

Hf you answered yes, the North
Shore YMCA has the answer for
beginners and those more experi-
enced — Ski Fit 86.

Join qualified instructors, who
are also ex-Canadian ski team
members, in a pre-skiing condi-
tioning class. The course will be
held Oct. 14 to Dec. 11, 6:30 - 7:45
p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday
at the West Vancouver YMCA.
Sign up soon as space is limited.
