“Last month, a $6,000 wheelchair
lift and ramp were installed at the
East:14th St. home of Lena Wilson.

«Lions clubs also installed a
cement sidewalk to access the ramp.

Lions’ secretary Bob Rasmus said
of the change to Lena’s life.

Apart from giving her more
independence, it’s also helped
Lena’s parents, Theresa and Bruce.

“It was getting pretty difficult to’

carry her up the stairs,” Theresa
said of her eldest daughter, adding,
