And they're at it again! This time with five courses - one of them in North Van. The course is a 10 week progressive programme designed to improve your communication skills, while at the same time, stressing the importance of the in- dividual in today’s complex world. It will develop your abilities and make it possible for you to more effectively THINKING SLIM | @ and confidently express your viewpoint. How is this possible? Because it is a “learn by doing’ professionally designed course wherein you participate from start to finish. You learn to remember names and the importance of memory to leadership. You learn to use objects as a means of adding interest to a talk. You learn to use a simple speech formula which organizes any talk and helps you deliver it effectly. It becomes clear and logical to any audience and creates a real appeal for action. You learn to speak “impromptu” — thinking on your feet - the most useful kind of speaking. You will develop con- fidence so that your opinion will be heard in the type of mecting that is continually used in countless businesses, clubs, and unions today. Christopher instructors, Ofganizers and workers are specially trained for their work. However, the only compensation they receive for their efforts is the satisfaction of helping others course - they receive no salaries or gratuities. Accordingly, the nominal cost of each course is determined by actual expenses. For this reason, the cost is much less than the cost of contemporary public speaking courses.
