After Mochulsky backed his car up and allowed Edmondson to get free, the cyclist walked his bicycle back to the sidewalk then returned and jumped on the trunk of Mochulsky’s car “out of frustration.” Mochulsky told the court he was surprised to see Edmondson cross in front of him and surprised to see him get stuck between the cars.
