_A man‘accused of driving
without due care and at-
tention over a run-in with a
cyclist was found not guilty
in North Vancouver
Provincial court recently.

Louis - Mochulsky was
found -not guilty of the
charge which arose out of an
incident last June.

Blair ._Edmondson, the
cyclist, told court he was
crossing Westview Avenue ao

Traffic was backed ‘up at
the time over the crosswalk
because of a stalled car.

After Mochulsky backed
his car up and allowed
Edmondson to get free, the
cyclist walked his bicycle
back to the sidewalk then
returned and jumped on the
trunk of Mochulsky’s car
“out of frustration.”

Mochulsky told the court
he was surprised to see
Edmondson cross in front of
him and surprised to see him
get stuck between the cars.

He assured the court he
was paying attention at the
time.

The wheel of the bicycle
was damaged in the incident.
