Photographers from out- side Canada have won the majority of top awards in the fifth annual International Exhibition of Photography of B.C. competition, awards chairman Betty McVea of New Westminster announ- ced recently. All entries, which total > some 500 black and white and color prints, and 100 color slides, will be unveiled at the first Photo and Travel Show March 14 to 18 at the PNE. The highest awards in the print division go to Dr. Daniel B. Anderson of Rolling Meadows,. Illinois, for his black and white study called Abandoned Farm- house, and to Nanci Hertzog of Docton, Washington, for her color prinf entitled Praying for Wind.
