In hindsight, 5 suppose
we could have passed on
decorative details such as the
jeaded glass window panes
and the stucco fireplace.

But I feel strongly that

these details are what give

the Louse its character.

The old phrase “it’s all in

when you look back at a
renovation. Perhaps it’s the
details thar bring out a

home’s personality, and

when it’s all said and done
these are things vou appreci-
ate the mast.

[ think one of the keys to
the success of the renovation
was our contractor, Kjell.

Arriving at 8 a.m. and
working nonstop through
the day, Kjell was a master

between trades, and was
extremely easy to deal with
during some pretty stressful
times.
