Since 1985 more than 64 park users have had
to be rescued, eight people have died and 31 injured.
How can we protect the wild beauty of the Canyon
and protect the safety of its visitors?
The District of North Vancouver Lynn Canyon Safety Task Force
is considering this question and welcomes your ideas and views at a
public meeting. A range of strategies to minimize accidents in the
Canyon will be discussed.
