This year’s winner of the prestigious Governor Gencral’s Academic Medal is picking up the medal for the second time around. A graduate of Cap College’s Commerce program, Starck won the medal for achieving the highest grade point average coming out of a two-year program. He received the medal the first time for his high marks graduating from Van- couver Community College’s photo technician program in 1983.
