Frnesen asked the board to postpone its amended budget untul the legislaton has indeed been passed. The board told Fnesen it will consider the request. School Trustees Association has also declared its refusal to send a budget to Victona until the restraint bill was already passed Stranded boy rescued from rock A 12-year-old boy who became trapped on a rock while climbing with a fnend in the Horseshoe Bay area Tuesday was freed from his dilemma in a rescue opera- tion by West Vancouver Fire Department. Craig Wilson. of 6230 St. George's Place, had chmbed with a fnend down to the bottom of the chff at 6200 block Taylor Dnve. He climbed onto a rock and became trapped. While he was stuck there, unable to move in either direction, he began to feel cold and wet as the sun went down. His fnend weat for help and the fire department was Tne Canadian Red Cross Society called. Firefighters borrowed a rowboat from a neighbor at 6261 Taylor Place. who assisted with the rescue.
