Last month CP Hotels teamed with VIA Rail to pre- se arguably othe mast unigue train journey ever undertaken across Canada. The Canadian Culimary Train left Halitay on April 19 and arrived in) Vancouver some 10 days later, a tour thar was as gastronomically brilliant as it was scenic. The idea for this unigue adventure — to showcase CP chefs, Canadian food and VQA wines to foreign jour- nalists — came from = the country’s biggest hooster of Canadian toods and wines.
