Fitness centré celebrates 5 years

EMPIRE FITNESS Centre
owner-operators Steve
Rankin and Matt Fitzgerald
are celebrating their fifth
year in business this year.
The facility is located at the
North Shore Winter Club
and is the ‘zrgest fitness cen-
tre on the North Shore.

Services include weight training
equipment, a large exercise room,
personalized instruction, a sun-
tanning centre, sports shop,
vitamin and food supplement sales
and a juice bar.

While the centre has produced -
