THE NORTH Shore Family YM-
CA is beginning a fitness program
designed to help individuals over
the first hurdle on the way to a
healthier lifestyle.

Y-Introfit combines fitness
classes and health education. The
program provides motivation,
education and a two-year follow-
up period.

The. 16-session program meets

twice each week for eight weeks.
The first session is free.

The next free introductory ses-
sions will be at 6:45 p.m., Tues-
day, April 21 at the North Van-
couver Family YMCA, 440 Hen-
dry, or at the West Vancouver
Family YMCA, 1735 Inglewood
Avenue.
