NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Vancouver pursuant to Section 957 - §
of the Municipal Act of British Columbia, that a Public Hearing will be held on MON-
DAY, March 9, 1987, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 144 West

To rezone Lots 31 and 32, Block 108, D.L. 274, Plan 878, located at 204-210 East
Keith Road, as indicated in heavy outline on the map below, from RT-1 Two-Family
Residential 1 Zone to CD-121 Comprehensive Development 121 Zone, to permit
construction of a nine unit townhouse project on the site.

The amending By-law will regulate the use, size, shape, and siting of buildings and

structures, off-street parking requirements, the location and screening of refuse
_ containers, and the maintenance of on-site landscaping; and will ensure adequate

sightline clearance for motorists at the intersections of driveways and streets.

& shoulder of the road which is lost to driveway crossings providing access to the lot.

This requirement will not apply where vehicular access from the lane is not available.

This By-law shall come into force and effect on the first day of April, 1987.
