Owner to face council

HOLIDAY'S Cabaret owner
Barry Graham must appear
before council to show cause
why the City should not
revoke his license.

North Vancouver City
Council set June 24 as the
date for Graham's ap-
pearance because he has not
met the City’s requirements
for posting a $31,000 securi-
ty bond for off-site parking
for the cabaret,

The land-use contract be-
tween the City and Graham,

of Bentley Developments,
States the required parking
to be two on-site spots and
41 off-site spaces.

The 3 off-site parking
spots must be secured with a
$1,000 insurance bond per
space, and the City requires
a copy of the lease agree-
ment between Holidays and
the owner of off-site park-
ing.
