Red light riddle

here’s only one starting point for con-
sidering the Fraser Committee’s report
on prostitution.

. . However much a majority of Canadians
may wish it, the world’s oldest profession isn’t
about to disappezr. So we're simply left with
the question of how and where prostitutes can
earn their livelihood.

In Vancouver and other major cities street
solicitation has reached an intolerable level,
disrupting the lives of local residents.
