a liar and was found not
guilty of-assaulting his wife
-in an incident last December.

Hull told the court he had
gone to see his two children
as a result of his separated
wife Joanna Hull being given
custody of them by a
Manitoba court order.

Mrs. Hull said he followed
her to her home at 4197
Norwood and that when she
closed the door behind her
he shattered it. .

Hull told the court he had
not inflicted cuts to his wife's
face as shown in

_photographs submitted as

evidence and commented

that they looked as’ though

they had been caused by

fingernails.

Mrs. Hull had maintained
he had struck her with a
piece of wood from the door
he broke down, although
Hull had said it was his wife
who picked up the wood and
that he brushed her aside

when she took a swing at

him.

commented during the. two-

hour trial that in cases ‘of

child custody he found
parents often exaggerate

about things that have.

park-and-ride system for
bicyclers.

A bike rack equipped to
store 12 bicycles has been
installed at Lonsdale Quay,
between the fare boxes and
terminal building, says B.C.
Hydro Transit, operator of
the SeaBus service.

The rack enables

passengers to ride their bikes’:

to the SeaBus terminal then
cross over into downtown
Vancouver on the passenger
ferries.

Hydro officials said: “We
hope this will be a further
convenience to North Shore
patrons.”
