OFF TO NATIONALS Flicka fetch Western golds FLICKA GYMNASTS Sandra Botnen and Tracy Wilson are a force to be reckoned with in the gymnastic world — a status confirmed by their ex- ceptional performance at last weekend's Western Canadian Championships in Regina. Botnen earned three individual and the all-around gold medals, in the process leading the B.C. Argo girls to the team championship. Last year Botnen was the silver medallist in the Argo category. Team mate Tracy Wilson earned two individual golds plus the gold All Around in the Tyro category. Her performance led the B.C. Tyro team to a second place victory. Gold medals are nothing new to the outstanding athlete — last year she won the Argo championship. As a result of the Flicka girls’ impressive” per- formances, the B.C.
