Omar Kristjan Sykes, 20, of

North: Vancouver, was fined $500
“after he pleaded guilty to possess-
_ing stolen property on Nov. 10,
~ 1994 in West Vancouver.
».The'stolen property consisted of:

Sykes was required to pay a $75
