Employment Centre for Students
and the North Shore Harvest, is
scheduled to run for. five weeks.

rofit organization, is a basic needs
and life skills centre that supplies
emergency basic needs to jow-
income people and families on the
North Shore. The emergency  ser-
vice provides food hampers, baby
food, life-skills. workshops and
clothing suitable for job searching.
The employment centre has
acted as an intermediary, obtaining
generous donations trom local busi-
nesses in the form of student spon-
sorships, that allow the North Shore
Harvest to hire high school students
to work in their facility.
Last year, the North Shore
Canada Employment. Centre. for
Students sent 30 students to work
