The amending bylaw will regulate permitted uses, the size, shape, 54g of buildirigs and structures, and off-street
parking. The proposed bylaw will permit a new principal building to be suilt to a maximum heighi of 40.380 metres
(132.48 feet) geodetic, which is 120 feet above the average grade of 3.804 meires (12.48 feet) gecdetic of the Neptune

site where the new potash storage tuilding is proposed.
