Greater, Vancouver Regional
- District (GVRD) Livable
Region Strategic Plan at its

She said the GVRD had also
discovered — several © surprising
things about people in the Lower
Mainland tiirough consultation.

to. prevent over-development of the
Fraser Valley, but the study indi-
