Fae hats have it for fashion that is functional — smart
apparel for a hot summer day. The black bow and trim sets off
the yellow straw hat (top) with a Rhinestone heart pendant
replacing the bow (bottom left). Both are designed by Andre of
Montreal ($125). Bottom right shows off a black hat with

yellow bow by Miss Eleanor of Italy ($110). All three
