mendations involves offering a
French immersion kindergarten
class at eight different schools, in-
stead of the current two French
immersion kindergarten classes at
four schools.

“We're recommending (French
Immersion) be spread ou.,"' he
said.

He said 2000 students are ac-
cepted each year for kindergarten
French immersion. The schools
currently involved are Cleveland,
Larson, Ross Road and Sherwood
Park Elementary schools.

Braemar Elementary School this
year took the two kindergarten
classes from Larson School due to
overcrowding at Larson. But,
Fraser said, the task force recom-
mendation, if accepted by the
