NATIONAL reunions for
former University Naval
Training Division (UNID)
members have been planned
across Canada in conjunc-
tion with the 75th anniver-
sary of the Royal Canadian
Navy.

HMCS Malahat in Vic-
toria will host the West
Coast reunion to be heid
August 29 to September 1 to
celebrate both the 75th an-
niversary and the 40th an-
niversary of the formation
of the UNID.

Festivities will include at-
tendance at several 75th an-
niversary events such as the
Naval Assembly and Tattoo;
UNID Weepers and dedica-
_tion of a piano, briefings, a

church parade and a formal ~
Ball at the Empress Hotel -.

ships.
