FOIL BAKED CHICKEN Combine for sauce: % cup water 3 cup catsup 4 cup vinegar % cup brown sugar 4tbsp melted butter or margarine | 2 tbsp. Worchestershire ‘Sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. chili powder dash of pepper Dip parts of 2 frying chickens into sauce and place each serving on a separate piece of foil. Pour 1 tbsp. of sauce over each serving and seal foil securely. Bake at 400° for 45. minutes. Open foil and brush with remaining sauce.’ Bake an additional 15 minutes.
