The highest acceptable limit is 200. “We have had some heavy rains. The rain flushes pollutants into the closest water source. If the water discharges into an area close to a fairly poorly flushed beach, then you get a problem,” said North Shore Health en- vironmenta] health director Bill Kimmett.
