A Royal season

MOUNT Seymour Royals U-16 soccer team (above) had a strong spring season, culminating in a semi-final
appearance in the Coastal Cup final. In addition to winning the North Shore District title, the Royals won three
District Pioneer Cup tournaments. Royal player James Cooper was named MVP at one of the Pioneer Cup

tourneys. The Royals were managed by Robert Bagatella and Ken Hopkinson.
