Dykeman seeks mayor’s seat NORTH VANCOUVER District Mayor Marilyn Baker has confirmed that she will not run for a fifth term as mayor in the Nov. 17 municipal election. Baker said she made the official announcement to end speculation on whether she would try for another term as mayor.
