OPEN LETTER TO CANADA
POST EMPLOYEES

I got a call from a Canada Post
supervisor telling. me unless 1
restrained my dog, my mail would
become general delivery, 1 explain-
ed the dog is restrained by a 44-
foot fence, and the mail box is on
the outside (to which my |1-year-
old paperboy delivers the paper
without being scared). The super-

visor said it would be checked out.

I was understanding to the
supervisor's point of view and
agreed to a further restraining ac-
tion of keeping the dog in the
house in the mornings.

When the second supervisor
came over saying that the letter
carrier had problems with the dog,
I asked what happened because
this had only been happening (no
