Billiard balls to roll deep into North

celebrating the extension of pool hall hours to 1 a.m., cap
look forward to a further two hours a week of nocturnal

playing time.

City staff recommended Mon-
day, April 5, that billiard halls be
permitted to be open until 2 a.m.
on Friday and Saturday nights.

Arcades will have to close at
midnight seven days a week, while
bowling alleys will face no restric-
tions on opening hours.

All councillors present, except
Coun. Stella Jo Dean, voted in
favor of the change to later hours.
The move will come up for final
adoption at oa future council
meeting.
