Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 7: Karen Juanito Mein received a suspended sentence and nine months probation after the 25- year-old North Vancouver woman pleaded guilty to using documents she knew to be forged. The charge was in connection with a June 14 incident involving a prescription for valium tablets. kak Allan Edward Waterworth received a suspended sentence and one year probaiion after the 21- year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of hashish in connec- tion with drug seizures on Aug. 12 and Aug. 3! amounting to approx- imately 15.5 grams. Waterworth was also ordered to stay out of the North Vancouver area bounded by 13th St., St. Georges Ave., Lonsdale Ave., and 17th St. for the duration of his probation. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 7: Derek Richard Delaurier receiv- ed a suspended sentence and six months probation after the 19- year-old) North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to theft of ciga- Tettes, tn addition, Delaurier was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in North Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 6: David L. Nendick was fined $500 after the 18-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to breaking and entering the com- mercial premises of the Capilano Suspension Bridge on June 25. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 6: Ryan L. Scoit was fined a $200 after the 34-year-old Vancouver man was found guilty of two charges in connection with a March 2, 1988 accident on High- way 1 at the Mountain Highway exit. Scott was charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident and driving without reasonable consideration for other drivers. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 3: Joseph Canuel was fined $350 after the 26-year-old man pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine in connection with a Feb. 1 drug seizure.
