store and its security
service after being
allegedly “assaulted”
by a security guard.

an 1-Corp Security guard
working at the Extra Foods
store located at Park Royal

As Post was leaving the

grabbed the woman by her
jacket collar and: pulled her
back inside the store.

According to the writ of
summons filed in the B.C.
Supreme Court on August
17, Wendell acted “in a high
handed and callous manner”
when dealing with Post.

Wendell also allegedly
refused to allow the woman

schedule for an October
opening — subject to
good weather.
