Inlet tug market has
created a competitive
ship-berthing business
in the Port of
Vancouver, argues a
Montana-based busi-
nessman whose family
owns two North
Vancouver tug firms.

And so that, adds Dennis
Washington, means his family
should not have to sell some of
Seaspan International's rugs.

Washington owns Seaspan and
