peared in North and West Van-
couver provincial courthouses
recently to face various charges
laid against them.

Before Judge J.K. Shaw in North
Vancouver provincial court on
Feb. 22:

Michael Steven Wilson was
sentenced to one month in jail
after the 40-year-old White Rock
man pleaded guilty to theft of
merchandise under $1,000 from
London Drugs in North Vancouver
on Dec. 9.

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Feb. 20:

Michael David Coles was fined
$500 after the 28-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
mischief in connection with a Dec.
3, 1988 incident in which the
driver’s window of a Volkswagen
Rabbit was kicked.

He was also ordered to pay
$123.49 in compensation to the
victim.

Henry Albert Goetze received a
conditional discharge and was
placed on probation for six months
after the 37-year-old man of no
fixed address was found guilty of
assaulting a female in connection
with a Feb. 2, 1989 incident.
