than his grades suggested. For some reason,
he just wasn't doing as well as his teachers,

over five foot eight, slim and
well-toned. For character types
anybody can be suitable.”

Dreyer says he runs his agency
like a convent, forbidding drink-
ing, smoking and drug consump-
tion.

He will celebrate his third year
in business in April.

‘Since I have only been in this
business for three years, I have to
be better than everybody else, or at
least try harder,”’ Dreyer said.

The son of Estonian immigrants,
Dreyer speaks four. languages and
calls his business interesting but
not easy. Besides organizing photo
sessions, he secures fashion shows,
acting and other opportunities for
his models.

For models with potential he will
offer on-the-job training. They will
initially work behind the scenes to
watch and learn from experienced
models before becoming part of
the show.
