We had a small lottery at the time with the proceeds going to the hospital to keep the equipment up to date. Thanks to the restraint program we are now in a deplorable state. The seniors (or pioneers as I would prefer to call it.) are put in corridors or shuffled back and forth. The surgery cases are sent home after surgery. Mr. Hunt put it mildly.
