However, everyone agrees on one thing. Tattoos are made to last. But at least one man on the North Shore is glad that tat- toos didn’t come off with soap and water. Dan Miller runs the Cana- dian Tattoo Removal Clinic in North Vancouver. He says he removes about 30 tattoos a week, with an average cost of about $150 to each client. Miller says he uses a ‘*secret’’ method of removal, which he developed himself.
