The course runs Wednesday mornings starting September 29 for 12 sessions, and the fee is $100. Real Estate Math on the Calculator is a more than useful course for people enrolled in real estate correspondence caurses such as the salesperson’s pre- licensing or the mortgage broker’s course who want to be competent with their calculations. The course will cover calculations of mortgage payments, out- standing balance, yields and discounts or bonuses.
