“Big Box” stores are not wanted,
needed, nor do they fit with the
community.

The proposed traffic light in front of
the mali will do nothing to improve
congestion which already exists in both -
directions on Marine Drive, Taylor |
Way, and for access to Lions Gate: :
Bridge.

We don’t want to lose our remaining »
recreational facilities we have in the
theatre, public golf range, and bowling
alley.

Your village merchants will be forced
to close by the Mega Stores.

Already too many accidents at PARK
ROYAL. Why would we add to.an
already congested situation in a mall
that has inadequate parking.

Tell Council to say NO! Approximately | . -
