Tsarabaris was also ordered to complete 50 hours of community work service. eee Mark Perry Adinussen received a suspended sentence and was placed on probation for one year after the 28-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to stealing shoes Feb. 18 from Sears. He was also ordered to complete 200 hours of community work service. ees Jonas Kane Kinakin was sentenced to five days in jail after the 19-year-old Bowen Island man pleaded guilty to failing to report to his probation officer between July 17 and 21, 1990, as directed by a probation order. eee Randy Ervan West was fined $100 after the 35-year-old Co- quitlam man pleaded guilty to stealing a video tape Feb. 13 from Save-On-Foods. Before Judge W.J. Rodgers in Nortts Vancouver provincial cvurt on April 9: Felise Talia was fined $1,000 after the 44-year-old Vancouver resident was found guilty of assault causing bodily harm in connection with an Aug. 9, 1990 incident. Talia was also ordered to pay 2 $100 victim surcharge. Before Judge D.R. Campbell in North Vancouver provincial court on April 5: David Elliott L’Hoir was fined $200 after the 24-year-old Van- couver man was found guilty of failing to remain at the scene of a Jan. 4 accident in 100-block East Third.
