Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court Nov. 2: Brad David Baker was sentenced to six days in jail and fined $100 after the 22-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded to driving while prohibited in connection with a June 4 incident on East Third Street in North Vancouver. Before Judge J.B. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court Oct. 21; Charles Rembold was placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay $285.50 in restitu- tion after the 55-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to theft. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court Oct. 20: John Eric Finn was fined $250 after the 23-year-old West Van- couver man pleaded guilty to driv- ing without a driver’s licence. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court Oct. 19: Scott McMyn was fined $200 after the 24-year-old West Van- couver man pleaded guilty to driv- ing without a driver’s licence and speeding in connection with a Sept. 8 incident. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court Oct, 17: Kent Douglas Forbes was fined $190 after the 28-year-old Van- couver man pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 in connection with an Aug. 31 theft of cassette tapes from Hudson’s Bay. eek Sheila MacDonald was fined $50 after the 33-year-old West Van- couver woman pleaded guilty to driving without due care and at- tention in connection with a Sept. 29 incident. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court Oct. 3: Kevin Robert Zwick received a suspended sentence and wes placed on probation for six months after the 23-year-old Delta man pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000. The charge was laid against him in connection with a May 12 incident in which a traffic sign was stolen in West Vancouver.
