an information/demonstration
meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 30 at 7
p.m. in the Potlatch Room of the
Capilano branch of the North
Vancouver District Library, 3045
Highland Blvd.

Through ITC, an international
non-profit club, participants
develop their leadership skills, im-
prove communication skills, build
self-confidence and learn efficient
organizational techniques.

Individuals define their goals to
determine a rate of accomplish-
ment that is right for them.

Participants learn by doing,
while engaging in a stimulating ex-
change of ideas and experiences
with others who share similar goals
— goals to learn to express their
thoughts clearly, communicate ef-
fectively and feel confident and
relaxed in social settings.
