TRUDY GALPIN A library employee at the Capilano Branch and a long-time educator, Galpin has always considered herself a member of the North Vancouver City com- munity. She lives in the area with her architect hus- band and three boys, ages 15 to 22, and has been extremely active as an executive member of the J. C. Rotary Baseball Organization, the North Van Seymour NDP Association and several charity and educational groups.
