A giant” reverberating drum within which the sweltering heat and noise combined to provide an almost pyschadehe effect But it was home for the North Shore Indians and they proved to be in their clement as they downed Vancouver 14-10 to take a 2- 1 tead in the best of five scenes Starting strong, the In- dians opened the scoring less than two minutes into the game and slowly built up a 6- 3 lead by the time the period was over. The team tended to play with less system than the Blue Angels but were able to find holes in the Angels’ defence.
