Thomas, ministrator of Quesnel’s G.R. Baker Memorial Hospital, is the new Chairman of the Health Ad- Labour Relations Association of British Columbia. Thomas was elected Chairman at a Board of Director's meeting following H.L.R.A.’s fourth annual meeting, held Wednesday at the Hotel Vancouver. Vice-Chairman is W.L.
