So how do you phrase

chosen the method?

Use simple words for
Starters. Gear your

vocabulary to that..of the ‘

receiver. If it’s a :spoken
order, repeat anything that
may be. - forgotten or

misunderstood. “If written,

underline for emphasis.

Examine the order for its
completeness. Does it an-
swer the who, what, how,
when, ‘where and why
questions? An incomplete

order is'worse than no order -

Trustee of Vancouver
General Hospital and T.E.
McMillan Administrator of
Lions Gate Hospital in North
Vancouver.

More than 300 voting
delegates and official ob-
servers attended the
H.L.R.A. annual mecting.

A highlight of the meeting
was the founding presen-
tation of the E.J, Desjardin:
Award of Merit ir
recognition of outstanding
service to the B.C. healtt
care industry. Ap-
