Its name. is Lighthouse Park, and a 20-minute drive from Downtown Vancouver north over Lions’. Gate . _ Bridge and west along West ‘-Vancouver’s Marine Drive will take you there. . A short walk will take you down to within sight of the park’s namesake, the Point Atkinson Lighthouse. Its welcoming beacon stands 33 metres above the high water mark and can be seen from 24 kilometres out in the Strait of Georgia.
