The jail sentence was to run currently to the sentence he was serving. Before Judge Jerome Paradis on Feb. 16: Ryan Douglas Molley, 20, of North Vancouver, received a six month conditional sentence and six months’ probation after he pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm of a woman on Aug. 25, 1999 in North Vancouver City. Molley was prohibited from possessing guns for five years. Before Judge Paradis on Jan. 21: Benjamin Thomas Hart, 23, of Burnaby, received a six month conditional sentence after he pleaded guilty to pos- sessing heroin and cocaine for wrafficking purposes on Feb. Jerome ai 19, 1998 in North Vancouver City. . Hart was required to per- form 75 hours of community work. Before Judge Doug Moss on Dec. 22, 1999: Barbara Elizabeth Rysstad, 42, of North Vancouver, was fined $150 and received 12 months’ probation after she pleaded guilty to stealing mer- chandise belonging to Save- On-Fuods on March 26, 1999.
