You can't remember which house had a great back yardand a kitchen you loved or which one you nied out because the storage area felt like a mushroom farm. Some of the houses looked familiar because you had visited them two weeks ago. How can you conserve energy and keep it all straight? The first step is finding a good agent who knows the area well and will only show you the homes that meet your main criteria. The second step is to invest in a small note pad, and keep a record of the homes you visit. (Some) buyers even consider bringing along their video cameras.) Note the address, style and exterior colour, as well as something distinctive about the inside that will trigger your memory. [fa house has reaf possibilities, make a special note. Jot down important pluses and minuses of each property, and be sure to share this information with the agent.
