A COAT tailored for the “lifestyle
of the homeless” will make its
Canadian debut at a sewing, necdle
arts and crafts show at Tradex in
Abbotsford later this month. The
press release reads: “Researched on
the streets and designed by students

at‘the Philadelphia College of

Textiles and Sciences, The Shicter-
Pak has beth versatility and wear-
ability unlike your average coat.
“This garment is literaily for people
who_call the streets home,’ said
show organizer. Lilly Thorne. What

bedding at night, as.it turns into-a
sleeping bag; without the fuss of
